No Sugar Muffins

I’ve made these a variety of ways but mostly these ingredients:

  • Bananas
  • Blueberries
  • Almonds
  • Oats
  • Flax flour
  • Baking powder
  • Cacao chunks
  • Coconut

Then I just mix up and bake at 325 in muffin pans (sprayed) for 12-15 minutes!
