Solving K4 Day Three

Yesterday proved productive in my analysis and fact gaining and some theories requiring testing are on the docket today.

I am a big picture person but also a detail person. But I like to start with the big picture first. So the big picture in this riddle is that the first three sections were clues to the final.

The Morse Code

T is the position!! Okay Morse code – the key to a different portion is the Morse code!

SOS, MEMORY,T IS YOUR POSITION, SHADOW FORCES, VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE, DIGETAL INTERPRETATU

SOS originated in German governmentmaritime radio regulations adopted effective 1 April 1905. It became a worldwide standard when it was included in the service regulations of the first International Radiotelegraph Convention and signed on 3 November 1906, which became effective on 1 July 1908. In modern terminology, SOS is a Morse “procedural signal” or “prosign”,[3] used as a start-of-message mark for transmissions requesting assistance when loss of life or catastrophic loss of property is imminent. In Morse Code K ended a message meaning “reply anyone”.

My Hangman approach

Okay I skipped ahead. I have found the Morse Code fascinating. It translates to this:

SOS, LUCID MEMORY, T IS YOUR POSITION, SHADOW FORCES, VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE, DIGETAL INTERPRETATU, and RQ

Now he uses commas only in this portion. No other. Now I looked up “INTERPRETATU” meaning “ablative supine or interpretor” Latin- not the first time. Those words work out to ablative – separation, supine – infinite verb of movement, of interpretor – breaks into 3 parts:

1) explain, expound

2) interpret, translate

3) understand, conclude
